Possible return for The Sarah Connor Chronicles?
According to Thommas Dekker (John Connor) the show could return.But in what form?
Here's what the actor said, in a recent interview with TheTVAddict.com
"They've spoken about doing a TV movie.Well, not a TV movie, but kind of like a direct-to-DVD movie. Obviously it's difficult because the show is based on a movie and they just had one come out, so it's kind of hard to make a movie with our show because everyone has kind of forgotten about us."
"They're hoping, at least when I spoke to (SCC producer)James Middleton that's where they are with it."
It would be better, if the show wasn't canceled, but...At least, there's hope for some sort of conclusion.

What would happen in the third season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Producer James Middleton talked to scifiwire about the series finale, and about possible developments in the third season of the show (if it was renewed).
Read more!One theory about the ending is that by leaping to the future, John Connor never grew up to become the leader of the human resistance. That would free him of the burden of saving humanity.
“I think that that’s the right interpretation, because in the actual footage of the show, we see that Derek doesn’t recognize him,” Middleton said. “So, by jumping into this future, he has erased his existence in a certain way, and we see that. We see that nobody recognizes him.”
Middleton added that leaping to the future changes John Connor’s fate. “We would have to have explored that if we did get a third season,” he said. “If we had gotten a third season, I should say, we definitely would have explored what it all meant, but I think there’s a great moment where we see Allison [Summer Glau], and John’s look to her is very meaningful. I think that also would have been a great thing in terms of dramatic potential.

By now most of you have heard the news that T:SCC is cancelled. I received a call earlier today from Peter Roth at Warner Bros. and I appreciate both his personal and professional support throughout this show’s life. I know a lot of you are angry about the cancellation and want to find a place to direct your anger and to that I say do yourself a favor and find a way to move past it. Every network wants a big fat hit, especially one with a brand name behind it, and Fox was/is no different. They supported the show, they supported my vision of the show, and they gave it plenty of time to find an audience.
And what an audience we found: passionate, intelligent, kind of nuts in a good way. My only complaint about the T:SCC fans is that there aren’t ten million of them. But I prefer to be happy for the ones we had instead of lamenting the ones we didn’t.
Good shows are cancelled every year; smart shows, worthy shows, shows which move their viewers to write blogs and have viewing parties and create action figures and bury executives’ email accounts under thousands of messages. I miss Deadwood and The Wire and Arrested Development but thank God that I still have Rescue Me and The Office and a recently renewed Party Down written by ex-T:SCC writer John Enbom.
Bad shows are cancelled, too. And certainly there are those who did not like what we did and had their own vision for what a Terminator TV show should be. It’s easy to look at low ratings or cancellation as “failure” and for those who believe we’ve gone about this all wrong I’m sure today’s news will only serve to confirm a world view that I would never try to change. We’ve written the show as best we can, executed it to the best of our abilities, and sent it out in the world knowing that we worked out asses off to do something that wouldn’t be a waste of anybody’s forty-three minutes.
Thanks to a brave and talented cast, a feature crew working on a TV schedule, and everyone else who I could list but won’t because they know who they are. Mostly I’d like to thank those of you who’ve supported us and fought for us and given up hours of your life to watch our show. At the end of the day, that’s what it’s about. The watching.
Hope we do it again soon.

Fringe renewed for second season
Fox announced yesterday that Fringe is getting picked up for a second season.The announcement was early, since the upfronts aren't scheduled for another two weeks.However, since the show is a success, in terms of ratings, the announcement wasn't unexpected.Fox also announced something we already knew: Leonard Nimoy will guest -star in the season finale on May 12. Leonard Nimoy will guest on Fringe
According to various reports,Leonard Nimoy will guest on Fox's Fringe as William Bell, Massive Dynamic founder and Walter Bishop’s former lab partner at Harvard. Showrunners Robert Orci and Alex Kurtzman revealed some of the plot points for Nimoy's episode (season one finale) to E!. Regarding the relationship between Walter Bishop (John Noble) and William Bell (Leonard Nimoy): "We always imagine that they were two of the smartest guys in their classes, and they went through the Ivy League together." "At that point in college where you're discovering yourself, but these guys, the intelligent geniuses they are, they might come to conclusions about what's important in this world. So we always imagine that they were very much like each other, very much friends, and very much a team—brothers in a way, and that life took them in different directions, either complementary or not directions, and we're going to find out." Orci and Kurtzman talked about the approaches both Walter and William take to the Pattern. "They have not only different approaches to the Pattern, but different interpretations of what the Pattern is. The Pattern is slightly in the eye of the beholder, you're going to find out. And sometimes what you think is real can become real. In a way, these two are the top minds in the world attempting to figure out the Pattern and how to react to it, based on their world view." Sequel to 'Eastern Promises'?
Talking to MTV News David Cronenberg revealed that he's planning a sequel to Eastern Promises.
"We are going to have a meeting very soon between me, Steve Knight and Paul Webster to discuss what the script would be," Cronenberg said. "I have some very strong ideas about what I would like to see, but I would like to hear what they have to say as well. And then after that, if all goes well, Steve goes away and writes a great script. If we all like it, we make it."
If the sequel will be made,it'll be the first one in David Cronenberg's career "It's the first time I've ever been in a situation where I actually want to do a sequel to something. I've never had the desire to do that before. But in this case, I thought we had unfinished business with those characters. I didn't feel that we had finished with Nikolai and we had done a lot of research that was more than we could stuff into that one movie."
Viggo Mortensen is expected to return in the role of Nikolai.

It seemed fitting that the rag-tag fleet’s journey ended at the United Nations.
Since the debut of “Battlestar Galactica,” which ends its run in spectacular style on Friday (8 p.m. Central, Sci Fi; four stars), the drama has depicted the remnants of humanity in a desperate struggle for survival. During the course of four seasons, they not only endured the worst that their Cylon enemies had to dish out, they discovered the darkest impulses that lurked in their own hearts.
As a method of resistance, they used suicide bombers. To get information, they tortured Cylons. When they suspected treason, they turned on each other and tossed traitors out the ship’s airlock. They constantly struggled to balance human rights with the precarious security of the fleet, which started out with around 50,000 survivors but lost thousands along the way.
“We saw … good people making really ugly choices,” moderator Whoopi Goldberg said near the end of Tuesday’s two-hour panel on the show at the United Nations.
The panel, which included executive producers Ronald D. Moore and David Eick and stars Mary McDonnell and Edward James Olmos as well as four U.N. officials, was organized by the U.N. as part of a new effort to link the organization’s concerns to the creative community. It was held in the Economic and Social Council Chamber, an imposing room full of rows of delegate seating facing a dais on one end of the room. In the audience were fans of the show, network executives, members of the media and more than 100 high school students, who were there representing Think Quest NYC, an educational outreach project.
